In-House Manufacturing. Complete Quality Control.
Every box manufactured under one roof — from raw material to finished product.
Our in-house manufacturing facility gives us complete control over every stage of production. From printing and cutting to folding, assembly and finishing — everything happens under one roof, ensuring consistent quality and faster turnaround.
Why In-House Manufacturing?
Quality Control
Every production stage is monitored in-house, eliminating third-party quality risks.
Faster Turnaround
No outsourcing delays — production moves quickly from approval to delivery.
Cost Efficiency
In-house production reduces overheads and passes savings to our customers.
Customization Flexibility
Full control over the process means we can accommodate complex custom requirements.
Consistent Output
Same facility, same team, same standards — every batch matches the last.
Direct Communication
Work directly with our production team — no middlemen, no miscommunication.
Our Manufacturing Process
A structured, quality-controlled process from design to delivery.
Design & Pre-Press
Structural engineering and graphic design are finalized. Pre-press checks ensure print-ready files before production begins.
Material Selection
Premium board, paper and materials are selected based on the product specification and finishing requirements.
Printing
High-quality offset or digital printing with precise Pantone color matching and consistent ink density.
Lamination & Coating
Matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination is applied. Spot UV and other coatings are added at this stage.
Foiling & Embossing
Hot foil stamping, embossing and debossing are applied with precision tooling for sharp, clean results.
Die Cutting
Precision die-cutting creates accurate box shapes, windows and structural cutouts.
Folding & Assembly
Boxes are folded, glued and assembled by skilled craftspeople with attention to alignment and finish.
Quality Inspection
Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection — dimensions, print quality, finish and structural integrity.
Packing & Dispatch
Finished boxes are carefully packed to prevent damage and dispatched for timely delivery.
Our Quality Standards
- Dimensional accuracy checked on every batch
- Print color consistency verified against approved samples
- Surface finish quality inspected before dispatch
- Structural integrity tested for each box style
- Packaging of finished goods to prevent transit damage
Quality at Every Stage
We don't just check quality at the end — we monitor it at every stage of production to ensure every box meets our standards before it reaches you.
